Follow these steps to add a new customer and create a subscription on your lion ott reseller panel.
How to Create a New Subscription on LionOTT Reseller Panel
1.1. Log in to the Lion OTT Reseller Panel
1. Open your browser and go to the reseller panel URL provided by your provider.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click Login / Sign In to access the dashboard.

1.2. Go to the “Users” or “Subscribers” Section
1. From the left menu, look for a section called:
Users
Subscribers
Accounts
(the name can be slightly different depending on your panel’s skin).
2. Click on it to open the list of existing users.

1.3. Click “Add New User” / “Create Subscription”
1. Inside the users/subscriber’s page, look for a button like:

Add Subscriber
2. Click this button to open the new subscription form.

1.4. Enter Customer Login Details
Fill in the basic access information for the new user:
1. Username
Choose a unique username (for example: LIONOTT 23 or customer’s name).
2. Password
Set a strong password or click Generate if the panel has this option.
3. Confirm Password (if required)
Re-enter the same password.

1.5. Select the Subscription Type / Connection Type
Depending on your panel options, choose how the user will connect:
1. Line / Username & Password
Standard login with username and password.
2. Connection Limit
Choose how many simultaneous connections the user is allowed to use (e.g. 1, 2, etc.), if your plan supports it.

1.6. Choose the Package / Bouquet
1. Find the Packages or Bouquets section.
2. Select which package(s) the user will have access to, for example:
Full package
Sports
VOD only
Special Series/TV show
Custom bouquet (channels your clients choose)
3. Tick/mark all the bouquets your client wants to assign to this user.

1.7. Set the Subscription Duration
1. Look for Expiration / Duration / Validity fields.
2. Choose the plan length, for example:
1 Month
3 Months
6 Months
12 Months
3. Either:
Pick a start date and expiry date, or
Select one of the ready-made durations from a dropdown.

1.8. Configure Optional Settings (If Available)
Depending on how your panel is set up, you might see options like:
1. Max Connections – limit the number of devices at the same time.
2. IP Lock – restrict usage to a certain IP (if you need extra security).
3. Notes / Comments – write internal notes like customer’s name, phone, or payment info.
4. Reseller Tag / Group – if you manage multiple groups or resellers, select the correct group.
Fill in only what you actually need; you can leave advanced fields as default if you’re not sure.

1.9. Save / Create the Subscription
1. After filling all fields, scroll down.
2. Click Save, Create, or Add User (depending on the button name).
3. Wait for the panel to confirm that the user was created successfully (you may see a success message at the top).

1.10. Get the User’s Connection Details
Once the user is created, open their profile or details page:
1. Copy the username and password.
2. If the panel shows:
M3U URL
Xtream Codes credentials (URL, username, password)
…copy the ones your customer’s app needs.

1.11. Send the Details to Your Customer
Share the subscription details with your customer, for example:
Username: Lionott123
Password: pass123
URL: http://yoururl.com
Expiry Date: 2026-01-15 (for example)
Send it via WhatsApp, email, or any method your clients use.

1.12. Test the Line (Recommended)
Before closing the ticket/order:
1. Use a test device or app to log in using the new credentials.
2. Make sure channels and/or VOD are opening.
3. Confirm with the customer that everything works on their side.
